Obviously is looking for an expert Paid Marketing Manager to strategically support our Tier 3 and Tier 2 relationships in a client-facing capacity. As Paid Marketing Manager, you will partner closely with cross-functional teams to prepare and present best-in-class paid strategies to clients. Primary Responsibilities

  • Support the Sales and CS teams in a client-facing capacity on calls by preparing and presenting strategies for Tier 2 and Tier 3 clients
  • In partnership with Senior Paid Social Manager, meet regularly with Obviously’s reps from TikTok and Facebook for discovery purposes and to have your finger on the pulse of trends
  • Optimize strategies for long-term Tier 2 and Tier 3 relationships based on reporting outputs with a focus on meeting/exceeding client KPIs
  • Support paid set-up and management overflow with Associate Paid Social Manager
  • Act as a subject matter expert on paid marketing across Facebook/Instagram, Google/YouTube, and TikTok

Who we are looking for


  • BA/BS degree or relevant experience
  • 4+ years of experience directly managing paid social campaigns
  • ~~Primary: Facebook Ads manager, TikTok Ads manager, & Google Ads/Adwords
  • ~~Secondary: Linkedin, Snapchat, Twitter, etc.
  • Experience with client-facing communications & paid strategy development
  • Solid understanding of paid social and all performance marketing metrics (CPM, CPA, CPR, CTR, CPC & LTV)
  • Deep knowledge of Facebook and Tiktok’s Ads Managers, including setup, bidding, targeting, creative optimization, as well as conversion tracking and troubleshooting
  • Exceptional attention to detail, strong organization skills, and ability to meet deadlines
  • Understanding of paid social best practices and influencer marketing landscape
  • A team player who can develop, optimize, analyze, and report on paid campaigns across a variety of social platforms
  • An energetic self-starter who can power through ambiguity is able to think creatively and focus on problem-solving, results, and optimizations
